ニチカエは、15〜24歳の若者が自分たちのアイデアを発表だけで終わらせず、社会に必要とされる組織へと育てる2日間の実践型プログラムです。参加費は無料。アイデアがなくても、起業の経験がなくても参加できます。
Nichi-Kae is a hands-on, two-day programme where people aged 15–24 take an idea past the pitch and shape it into an organisation society needs. It's free, and you can join with no idea and no experience.

Day 1
すべてのチームAll teams
ハッカソンとビジネスコンテストを組み合わせた1日です。チームをつくり、社会課題を分析し、アイデアを設計・検証して、続けられる運営モデルを考え、最後にピッチします。
A day that mixes a hackathon and a business contest: form a team, analyse a social issue, design and test an idea, work out how it can keep running, then pitch it.
Day 2
選ばれた1チームOne selected team
専門家とともに、法人形態、定款、資金計画、運営体制、法的手続き、社会的インパクトの戦略を検討します。日程と場所は、選ばれたチームと相談して決めます。
With experts, the team works through legal form, articles, funding, governance, legal steps and impact strategy. The date and place are set with the team.
法人を設立すること自体が目的ではありません。法人の設立を保証するものでもありません。Incorporating is not the goal in itself, and it isn't guaranteed.
時間は目安です。確定次第更新します。夜の解散・お迎えの方法は、応募受付の開始前にセーフガーディング方針でお知らせします。Times are approximate. How participants leave in the evening, including pick-up, will be in the safeguarding policy before applications open.

Day 1のピッチは、お金と法律の専門家が審査します。アイデアが「続く組織」になれるかを、それぞれの専門から見ます。
Day 1 pitches are judged by two professionals, one in money and one in law. Each looks, from their own field, at whether an idea can become an organisation that lasts.
専門は会計と監査。お金の流れを読む人です。

18歳未満の方の応募には、保護者の連絡先と同意が必要です。写真や動画の利用は、参加の同意とは別にA・B・Cから選んでいただきます。このサイトでは、参加者の写真ではなく絵を使っています。
